Terms and Conditions | Subscription Packs

  1. A disponibilização dos packs de adesão à ComprasPT é da responsabilidade da MIROMA, pessoa coletiva n.º 503150371, registada na Conservatória do Registo Comercial do Porto – 2.ª Secção, com sede na Travessa de Alferes Malheiro n.º 99, 4.º traseiras, Porto.
  2. The availability of ComprasPT Subscription Packs is the responsibility of MIROMA, legal person no. 503150371, registered at the Porto Commercial Registry Office – 2nd Section, with headquarters at Travessa de Alferes Malheiro no. 99, 4.º traseiras, Porto.
  3. This document establishes the conditions for purchasing Subscription Packs available in the online shop, referred to in Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February in its current wording.packs-ComprasPT-EN
  4. For foreign organisations, international and shipping fees will be added to the Subscription Packs amount. The pack Adesão Premium is not available for foreign organizations.
  5. The Subscription Packs are activated immediately once the payment has been validated. Once the purchase is completed, and in order to configure the service on the platform, you must contact us via email comercial@miroma.pt or through the customer service line – 222 061 585 (call to the national fixed network) – available from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm on weekdays.

  6. The Subscription Packs are valid for 1 year (12 months).
  7. Subscription Packs are automatically renewed. Any intention not to renew must be notified in writing to ComprasPT at least 30 days in advance.

  8. Whenever the service is subscribed to a promotional campaign, the conditions of the campaign will apply for the duration of the campaign and the respective contract, and renewal will be carried out at the prices in force at the time of renewal.
  9. In the event of renewal, MIROMA reserves the right to update the price and conditions of the packs in accordance with the commercial policies in force.

  10. To resolve consumer disputes, please contact the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (https://cicap.pt/).

  11. The personal data collected is destined to be used in the contractual management established with the customer through the online shop and is processed in accordance with the data protection policies in force.
