The availability of efaturaGov is the responsibility of MIROMA, VAT number 503150371, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Porto – 2nd Section, with headquarters at Travessa Alferes Malheiro 99, 4th floor rear, Porto.
This document establishes the conditions for acquiring efaturaGov, available in the on-line shop referred to in Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February in its current wording.
For Foreign Entities, international taxes are added to the efaturaGov price.
Under the current campaign, a 50% discount is applied to the annual fee for the first year. In subsequent years, the annual fee is 600.00€.
Activation of efaturaGov takes place immediately once payment has been validated. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an e-mail with the steps you need to follow to set up the service.
The efaturaGov subscription is valid for one year (12 months).
The preservation period for digital documents is 12 years.
The service is automatically renewed for equal periods, unless prior written notice is given 60 business days before the renewal date.
Whenever the efaturaGov subscription benefits from a promotional campaign, the conditions of the campaign will apply for the duration of the campaign and the respective contract, and renewal will be carried out according to the prices in force at the time of renewal.
In the event of renewal, MIROMA reserves the right to update the price and conditions of the service in accordance with the commercial policies in force.

The personal data collected is intended to be used in the contractual management established with the customer through the on-line shop and is processed in accordance with the data protection policies in force.
