Terms and Conditions | +Public Tenders

  1. The availability of the +Public Tenders service is the responsibility of Miroma, legal person no. 503150371, registered at the Porto Commercial Registry Office – 2nd Section, with headquarters at Travessa de Alferes Malheiro n.º 99, 4.º traseiras, Porto.
  2. This document establishes the conditions for joining the +Public Tenders service available in the online shop, referred to in Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February in its current wording.
  3. Signing up to the +Public Tenders service allows you to receive a daily summary via e-mail of all public tenders (national and international) published on all public procurement platforms according to the defined business area.
  4. The +Public Tenders service is valid for 1 year (12 months).
  5. The +Public Tenders  service is activated immediately once the payment has been validated. Once the purchase is completed, and in order to configure the service on the platform, you must contact us via email comercial@miroma.pt or through the customer service line – 222 061 585 (call to the national fixed network) – available from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm on weekdays.
  6. The customer is responsible for setting the e-mail address for receiving alerts. Any changes to the e-mail address are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  7. Only one e-mail address may be associated with each licence purchased.
  8. This service is configured in the economic operator’s profile on the ComprasPT platform, using the company’s data and associating the CPV codes corresponding to the business areas of interest. The selection and alteration of CPV codes is the client’s sole responsibility.
  9. This service is automatically renewed. Any intention not to renew must be notified in writing to ComprasPT at least 30 days in advance.
  10. Whenever the service is subscribed to a promotional campaign, the conditions of the campaign will apply for the duration of the campaign and the respective contract, and renewal will be carried out at the prices in force at the time of renewal.
  11. In the event of renewal, Miroma reserves the right to update the prices and conditions of the service in accordance with the commercial policies in force.
  12. To resolve consumer disputes, please contact the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (https://cicap.pt/).
  13. The personal data collected is destined to be used in the contractual management established with the customer through the online shop and is processed in accordance with the data protection policies in force.
