Terms and Conditions | Automatic Registration

1. The availability of the Automatic Registration service is the responsibility of Miroma, legal person no. 503150371, registered at the Porto Commercial Registry Office – 2nd Section, with headquarters at Travessa de Alferes Malheiro n.º 99, 4.º traseiras, Porto.
2. This document establishes the conditions for joining the Automatic Registration service available in the online shop, referred to in Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February in its current wording.
3. The Automatic Registration is an advanced service that guarantees automatic login to all ComprasPT contracting authorities.
4. Joining this service also grants you the Plus Supplier status, giving you access to ComprasPT advanced features and services, such as:

  • a) Advanced search filters;
  • b) Serial download;
  • c) Specialised technical and commercial service.
5. For foreign organisations, international and shipping fees will be added to the service amount.

6. The Automatic Registration service is activated immediately once the payment has been validated. Once you have completed your purchase and are already registered, you will be able to immediately log in to all contracting authorities. Otherwise, you must contact us via email comercial@miroma.pt or through the customer service line – 222 061 585 (call to the national fixed network) – available from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm on weekdays.
7. The Automatic Registration service does not include digital signature certificates and timestamps.
8. When subscribing to the Automatic Registration service, the licence is valid for 1 year. Renewals are valid for 2 years (1 year offer).
9. This service is automatically renewed. Any intention not to renew must be notified in writing to Miroma at least 30 days in advance.
10. Whenever the service is subscribed to a promotional campaign, the conditions of the campaign will apply for the duration of the campaign and the respective contract, and renewal will be carried out at the prices in force at the time of renewal.
11. In the event of renewal, MIROMA reserves the right to update the prices and conditions of the service in accordance with the commercial policies in force.
12. To resolve consumer disputes, please contact the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (https://cicap.pt/).
13. The personal data collected is destined to be used in the contractual management established with the customer through the online shop and is processed in accordance with the data protection policies in force.
