1. ComprasPT’s Flash Operations Services apply in case of need for intervention to correct/update data resulting from circumstances beyond the platform’s control, i.e., for which responsibility is attributed to the user;

2. Activation of the Flash Operations service is carried out by sending proof of payment;

3. The service is carried out within 24 hours (on working days), after receipt of proof of payment.
